In these more difficult economic times the focus on customer satisfaction and customer retention has moved up the priority lists for both automotive manufacturers and now Dealer Retail Groups.

As a result we are seeing a wider range of strategies being deployed including new measurement systems, web portal reporting, different approaches to insight and real engagement with customer issues at Retail level. The days of measurement only and one size fits all are gone.

aura has launched a new Dealer Evaluation and Coaching Programme with a large prestige Dealer Group, engaging all staff through reviews of both internal and external customers’ requirements. Consequently galvanising retail teams to overcome barriers to changing behaviours enabling delivery of product and services to meet and exceed customer’s needs.

Some of the key participants improved their CS ranking by over 70 places in the Manufacturer’s performance league.

Better news still the change is sustainable judging by following month’s results…
